Restaurant week in Vegas! June 2024.

 I didn't know it was Restaurant Week until I got here.  Too much to choose from, but some menus were better a la carte as the price wasn't necessarily better unless you like dessert.

I tried Lala noodle at Park MGM:

I also tried China Poblano at Cosmopolitan. The vegetarian offerings were a welcome surprise and delicious as I thought I should try something new!  The tomatoes were awesome.  Be sure to ask for the Habanero salsa if you like hot:

 Vdara Corner Suite June 2024

This was a welcome surprise.  Full kitchen with ice maker, two TVs, washer/dryer, bath and shower, etc.  MGM Resorts has gone to all bulk bathroom amenities, so bring your own soap if you want bar soap.  Vdara pool is open mid-week again, but no concierge lounge since Covid.  Priority check-in with MGM Credit Card.  The walkway is now open to Bellagio and Cosmo, so no need to go outside when it's 100 degrees.  Can walk outside to Aria, or take the Bellagio tram over.  Great location, great amenities.

Tulalip Casino baller suite - Tulalip Suite Sept 2023

 

So, in all fairness I had to run a hospitality suite, but as a perk of doing so and staying up late every night, I got to stay in the Tulalip Casino's suite.  It was the largest hotel room I've ever stayed in, with a grand piano, two living room areas, a giant walk-in shower that could likely hold about ten people, a jacuzzi tub, a kitchen area (no stove), a bar area and a dining room table setup.  It was awesome. - Sept 2023.  I'm finally getting around to updating the blog!

Bedroom was nice/normal with a fake fireplace between the bedroom and living room.

Jacuzzi tub above, large shower with two overhead shower faucets above :). It also had the jets on each side of the shower.

COSMOPOLITAN WRAP AROUND SUITE, GHOST DONKEY, PARK MGM

NOVEMBER 2022

 I was at a conference and decided to use my 1 comp night.  Was sad as I'm no longer Platinum at Cosmo but am Marriott Platinum so I was sure to use my Marriott number to add to the room.  I got to check in at the Platinum Lounge area as such. I was upgraded to the wrap around suite!  Too bad I didn't get to use it much as I was pretty busy, but my roomie got to hang out in it a bunch.
